Alyx’ official correspondence is transmitted exclusively from e-mail addresses containing the domain name alyxstudio.com. Any other e-mail address referring, in a different way, to Alyx is not coming from Alyx and may be a scam.
If you believe that an e-mail or correspondence received is not legitimate, do not reply to it and please contact Alyx at customercare@alyxstudio.com providing all relevant information so that all necessary checks can be carried out and the relevant law enforcement agencies alerted.
